The Oxford Symposium will be held in University of Oxford on July 15 to 18, 2014. Only those from the 100 Leading Universities in the World Ranking with a GPA Score of 3.5 and above are allowed to attend.
However, in case your University is not listed and you wish to participate in the Oxford Symposium, you must take a written test on 5 August 2013 in the Philippine International Convention Centre.
To register for the test, you must be an official delegate of the 4th University Scholars Leadership Symposium in the Philippines.

Humanitarian Affairs has made arrangements for the 4th University Scholars Leadership Symposium in Manila, Philippines. With the support of The Philippine Department of Tourism, the official venue of the event has been finalized.
The Philippine International Convention Center in Manila, Philippines
The PICC being Asia’s first Convention Center, reveals a lot of its historical value. It was designed by Leandro V. Locsin, a Filipino Artist in Architecture and was inaugurated on September 5, 1976 to host The World Bank- International Monetary Fund Annual Meeting.Boasting on its huge capacity, it has been home to some of the biggest historical events, concerts, conventions, and political summits.
It has a strategic location at the heart of Manila City, near the International Airports, Major Hotels, Shopping Malls, and Tourist Spots.
Take part in this historical event and see that it’s more fun in the Philippines!
The Learning Journey is a day dedicated to various Service Learning Activities that will expose delegates to hands on humanitarian work.
This program is in partnership with World Vision, Habitat for Humanity, and Save the Children.
